We shopped every day we were in Dallas. There are so many fun places to shop for all the girl essentials. We got so many fun things, some were needed but most were jut plain fun! Madsyn got herself and her Aunt Sonia matching hot pink glittery skull and cross bones necklaces so that they could match.

Izabella Rose turns 3 years old!!

It is hard for us to believe that our baby has turned three years old already. She had her birthday this past friday and we had her party that morning with her little friends at the local Ice cream joint. Here are a few pictures of her opening her presents the morning of her birthday. This is also a picture of her when she was about 3 months old. She was so rolly polly and bald. She is now 3 and full of golden locks. We love you Bella and are so grateful you are ours!

What we do on sick days

This week we have had a house full of sick kids. While Jake and Duncan have not lifted themselves from my bed for 4 days, Madsyn has gotten a bit stir crazy and has figured out a new feature on our computer. We have all had a good laugh at how clever she is. Madsyn says she would love to hear your comments.

This last week was such a busy week! We had all the Valentines Day stuff to do but on top of that Mom helped out in Ashton's preschool class. I did a couple of the activities for the class which meant that Bella got to stay for the whole time as well, and she was in heaven playing with all the girls and doing all the fun stuff. They both had a fun time being together and it was fun for me to see how much Ashton enjoys his school. He really loves it and thrives in it. I love this little preschool. It is just what I have been looking for in a preschool and I am so glad that Ashton is enjoying it as much as he is. Here are a few pictures from the week at school.

HELP! I'm being held hostage by snow days!!!

You all may wonder what we do on snow day after snow day in the Selph household to stay sane. Well, sanity is over rated by many so we just concentrate on survival. Each has their own coping skills. Madsyn decided to put her Christmas decorating presents to work and make us all a treat. (It didn't last too long) Jake hasn't moved from this position other than to add a log to the fire behind him. He uses his feet as sensors as to when the fire begins to get too low. The others flutter between gameboys, playdough, hide and seek, TV,dress-up, and the many toys and car tracks set up to occupy the MANY hours we have been trapped in this house together. The next storm is suppose to be on its way. Just a small one this time. But won't it be so much fun if school is called off again. I might need valium by friday afternoon.



Peaches... well this is what she wants all the time, snow day or not. If you throw her ball for her, she will be your friend for life.
